极简版论坛关键词推送

RT，推送标题和简述中存在关键词的贴至telegram bot的shell脚本。
之前本来想着写的太垃圾就不放了，但看到有不少坛友似乎有需求就分享出来吧(垃圾代码，轻喷  )
定时运行该shell代码即可达到即时推送的目的
原理为抓取官方rss接口内容，与本地缓存比对，有新的就添加并判断，只需shell环境和网络环境。

懒得优化推送界面了，对我来说能用就行()
